The SL-1 Series CE AC Inverter is a high-performance vector control variable frequency drive (VFD) specifically engineered for fans, water pumps, and other industrial equipment requiring precise speed regulation. Developed by SL, this inverter supports a power range of 200W to 2.2kW, with flexible input and output configurations—single-phase 220V input and dual three-phase output options (220V and 380V). It adopts a 32-bit DSP control system to decouple motor magnetic flux current and torque current, enabling rapid torque response and accurate speed control, making it ideal for scenarios demanding high control precision, fast torque response, and stable low-frequency output torque. High-Precision Control Performance

Features three control modes: three-speed control (V/F control), open-loop vector control (SVC without PG), and closed-loop vector control (FVC with PG). The FVC mode achieves a speed precision of ±0.1% and a speed control range of 1:1000, ensuring stable operation even at low frequencies.

Equipped with a panel encoder for accurate speed adjustment, supporting differential encoders, open-circuit collector encoders, rotary encoders, and UVW encoders to meet diverse positioning needs.


Rich Expansion Capabilities

Offers multiple expansion card options, including 485 communication cards, IO expansion cards, and PG (positioning) cards. The 485 communication card enables long-distance communication with industrial devices like sensors, PLCs, and actuators; the IO expansion card increases input/output ports for connecting more peripherals; the PG card supports precise positioning in CNC machines and robotics.


Durable Heavy-Duty Design

Adopts a reinforced FC250 cast iron housing that withstands 200% sudden overload (200% torque for 10 seconds), with a gear ratio range of 10:1 to 300:1 and output torque of 1000-10,000Nm.

Boasts an IP66-rated enclosure (NEMA 4X) with 150μm-thick epoxy paint, resisting 1000 hours of salt spray and ISO 12103-1 Level 3 abrasive dust, suitable for harsh industrial environments.



Power Range: 200W to 2.2kW, adapted for motors of 0.75kW and 1.5kW (with corresponding power capacity of 8.7KVA and 13KVA, input current of 9.2A and 15A, output current of 4.2A and 7.5A respectively).

Voltage Configuration: Input is single-phase 200~240V AC (50Hz/60Hz); output is three-phase 220V or 380V AC, compatible with most industrial three-phase motors.

Control Modes: Three-speed V/F control, open-loop vector control (SVC), closed-loop vector control (FVC with PG); speed precision of ±0.1% under FVC mode, speed control scope of 1:1000.

Mechanical Dimensions: For 0.75kW models, the dimensions are 170mm (H) × 84.5mm (W) × 137.5mm (D), with mounting hole diameter of 5mm, A dimension of 67.3mm, and B dimension of 157.5mm; 1.5kW models are 194mm (H) × 97mm (W) × 152mm (D), with A dimension of 85mm, B dimension of 184mm, and same 5mm mounting hole diameter.

Environmental Resistance: IP66-rated enclosure, 1000-hour salt spray resistance, ISO 12103-1 Level 3 abrasive dust resistance; operates stably in 45°C ambient temperature (motor temperature ≤120°C) due to 40% increased heat dissipation area.

Q1: Can the SL-1 Series Inverter be used for equipment other than fans and water pumps?

A1: Yes. Besides fans and water pumps, it is also suitable for scenarios requiring high-speed control precision and low-frequency torque, such as small conveyor systems, light-duty mixers, and auxiliary industrial motors.


Q2: Does the inverter support communication with PLCs?

A2: Yes. You can install an optional 485 communication card, which enables the inverter to communicate with PLCs, sensors, and other industrial automation devices via the RS-485 protocol, realizing centralized control of your production line.


Q3: What should I do if the inverter encounters sudden overload?

A3: The inverter is designed with 200% torque overload protection (for 10 seconds). When overload occurs, it will automatically trigger protection to prevent damage. After the overload condition is resolved, you can reset the inverter via the panel to resume operation.


Q4: Is the inverter compatible with both 50Hz and 60Hz power grids?

A4: Yes. The input power supports 50Hz/60Hz AC, making it suitable for global industrial power grids, no need for additional frequency conversion adjustments.
